I was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona a suburb of Phoenix. I began under very humble beginnings where as a young kid I dreamed of being some type of star. I was told once that I had a nice singing voice, but after recording myself those ideas were lost. After that I settled on sports; football being my favorite. That passion led me to earn a full ride scholarship to the University of Nebraska where I was a four-year starter playing defensive back. I was slated to get drafted in the 1993 Professional football draft, but a car accident derailed those dreams. A few years after recovering from my injuries I married my first wife and we had twins in 1997. We welcomed our son Bryson and daughter Bryanna Byrd who are now 25 years and working. Our marriage lasted 12 years but eventually ended. I moved to Colorado in 2012 and shortly after being here I remarried a wonderful lady Jessica. We first met as students at the same university and reconnected in 2013. We have been married since March 2015. I am a huge sports fan, Nebraska Cornhuskers being my favorite team! When I am not in the office helping customers, I try to golf at least once a week.

I have been in the insurance business for about 9 years and I have been with State Farm Insurance as an agent for almost 7 of those years in the Reunion Area of Commerce City, Colorado. I have qualified for Honor Club and Ambassador Club in my tenure with State Farm. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska in Sociology and a minor in Psychology. We are supporters of The Boys of Girls Club here in Denver. We also sponsor the girls basketball team from Grandview High School, who have won the last two state championships in Colorado 5A. My team and I love to volunteer and we are also sponsors of the Richard Lambert Foundation in our area.

Our local Reunion office is located at the intersection of 104th Ave and Potomac, just west of King Sooper's Grocery store. Our agency focuses on auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance, life insurance, health insurance and small business insurance. My team has helped dozens of families who have moved into Colorado and we would love to help you with that transition. Our office serves Reunion, Commerce City, Henderson, Brighton, Green Valley Ranch, Thornton, Northglenn, Denver, Fort Lupton, Aurora and the surrounding communities. We offer state of the art virtual appointments, in-person appointments in our local office, and phone appointments to meet the needs of our customers no matter where they reside. Our team possesses over 15 years of combined insurance experience. My team comes from a diverse background and are able to help Spanish speaking families. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of customer service. We feel listening and respecting our customers' needs is the most important interaction of our day.
